How it Works:

This Heyo-Alert Wireless Alert is supplied with an additional 4G Auto-Dialler (UltraDIAL) which is connected to the Indoor Receiver by a short length of cable.

The Indoor Receiver is connected to the 4 x Multi Use Transmitters by a unique and secure wireless network and can communicate between each other up to 700 metres away (line of sight).

The Heyo-Alert Multi Use Battery Transmitters can be activated in various ways:

• As a Wireless Magnetic Door or Gate Contact (supplied).
• By Pressing the Clear & Large Push Button.
• By connecting various Wired accessories to the N/O & N/C Input.

If any of the Multi Use Transmitters are triggered it would activate the Chimes & LED's on the Indoor Receiver (identifying the individual transmitters) together with any additional accessories that may be connected into it, examples would include:

• Wired Bell.
• Wired Siren.
• Wired Strobes.

At the same time it would also trigger the 4G UltraDIAL which would contact up to three key-holders by Phone or Text (if armed). The UltraDIAL is Armed & Disarmed by Remote Control which allows you to only use the Auto-Dialler when you are away from the premises.

This gives the choice of having:

• Chimes, Bells, Sirens Only (depending on the chosen accessories).
• Chimes, Bells, Sirens & Telephone Contact to Key-holders.

The Indoor Receiver & 4G UltraDIAL are powered by 3-pin Plug in Transformers making them easy & quick to fit.

The system can be expanded by:

• Adding up to 16 Transmitters (PIR's or Multi Use).
• Adding additional Portable Pagers or Plug in Receivers (no limit).
• Additional UltraDIAL Sensors & Sirens.

How it Works:

The Heyo-Alert Plug in Indoor Receiver is powered by a Plug in Transformer and can work in conjunction with up to 16 Heyo-Alert Transmitters and has 4 levels of Chime options together with LED notification.

When a Transmitter is activated a Wireless signal will activate the Receivers chosen Alert modes:

• Chime (which can be turned off).
• LED (which can be turned off).

Power Supply:

The Receiver is powered by a Plug in Transformer (12v DC 500 m/A).

Alert Options:

The Alert options on this Heyo-Alert Receiver are 16 different melody chime options (it can be used in silent mode) & a LED notification (which can be turned off).

Wireless Range:

The Wireless operating range between this Receiver & Heyo-Alert PIR's & Multi Function Transmitter is 700 metres (line of sight), which equates to around 400 - 600 metres in most applications.

12v Output:

There is a 12v DC Output on the Receiver which typically would be used to connect Sirens & Bells to it.

The duration is adjustable:

• 1, 5, 15 seconds.
• 5 minutes.

Output Relays:

The Receiver has two Output Relays (N/O, N/C & COM) which can be used to connect it to various control panels.

The duration of the Relays is adjustable:

• 1, 5, 15 seconds.
• 5 minutes.

'The 4G UltraDIAL' would be connected to the Heyo-Alert Indoor Receiver by a short length of cable, this cable could be extended to mount the UltraDIAL in a better location for the 4G Network signal, it could even be fitted outside as it is fully weatherproof should the 4G signal be a problem.

It is powered by a Mains Plug in Transformer but batteries can be fitted (3 x AA) should you want a battery backup (however they would not be re-charged by the device).

It will contact up to 3 x key-holders via Telephone & SMS.  

Supplied with 1 x Remote Control (additional ones can be added).

Contacting Key-holders:

The Alarm will contact between 1 & 3 key-holders (depending on how you have chosen to program the alarm) by Telephone & SMS (either can be turned off whilst programming the alarm) when activated.

It will normally take take between 30 - 60 seconds to call the first key-holder when powered by battery, and quicker when powered by the Transformer supplied (this can vary depending on the mobile phone networks at the time).  

Communication:

The Alarm communicates via the mobile phone networks (nano sim card required).

It will contact up to three key-holders by Telephone (with your own pre-recorded message) & Text Message when activated.

We recommend obtaining a SIM card from the Country the device is being used.

You can also purchase the product with no sim card and simply use your preferred supplier (many options are available).

Recording Message:

You can record a 30 second message into the Alarm, which will be replayed to the key-holders when the Alarm calls them.

Arming & Disarming:

The Alarm is Armed & Disarmed by using the Remote Control from up to 100 metres away, up to 9 Remote Controls can be used with each Alarm. 
It is also possible to Arm & Disarm the Alarm via SMS (text message) when using the Transformer supplied.

There is a 30 second Exit Delay built into the Alarm for easy use.

Receiving a Call:

When the Alarm calls the key-holders, there is the choice to:

• Listen to your pre-recorded message and do nothing (the alarm will contact the other key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press # on your telephone (this will disarm the UltraDial and prevent it from calling further key-holders).
• Listen to your pre-recorded message and press * on your telephone (this will prevent it from calling further key-holders, but keep the Alarm fully armed (ready for further activations).

Wireless Alarm Detectors:

The UltraDIAL can also be used with its own Wireless Alarm Detectors that can help protect the building the Indoor Receiver & UltraDIAL are being used, these can be up to 100 metres away from the UltraDIAL.

The options include:

• Battery PIR's with Built in Sirens (007-0200).
• Battery PIR's with a Hood & Siren (007-1410).
• Battery UltraPIR's with a Hood used without the SIM Card in Silent Mode (007-0360).
• Battery Wireless Door Contact (007-0260) or (007-1460).

Wireless Sirens:

The UltraDIAL can also have two Wireless Sirens connected to it, these are:

• Indoor Battery Siren (007-0230).
• Outdoor Solar or Battery Siren & Strobe (007-0221).

Easy Programming:

It is very easy to program, probably the easiest GSM Alarm to program on the market today by using the small built in keypad, following some very simple instructions.

Weatherproof:

The UltraDIAL is fully weatherproof and rated at IP66, so can be used in most locations, it is not however designed to be submerged.

Low Battery:

The Alarm will send the primary key-holder a SMS (text message) if the batteries are getting low.

Mains Power Failure:

When the Alarm is being used with the Transformer supplied, it will send the primary key-holder a SMS (text message) in the event of a Power Cut together with another when the power comes back on (provided you also have batteries fitted).

How it Works:

The Heyo-Alert Multi Use Transmitter can also be used in different ways, examples are shown below:

• As a Wireless Magnetic Door or Gate Contact (supplied).
• By Pressing the Clear & Large Push Button.
• By connecting various Wired accessories to the N/O & N/C Input.

When activated by the chosen method, it will transmit a Wireless signal up to 700 metres (line of sight) back to any Heyo-Alert Receiver that it has been paired with.

Multiple Receivers can be used with this Transmitter (no limit).

Power:

The Transmitter is powered by a standard CR2 battery which will typically operate for 12 months in most applications. 

It will send a low battery signal back to the Indoor Receiver allowing for timely battery replacement.

Wireless Range:

The Wireless operating range between this Heyo-Alert Multi Use Transmitter and both Receivers is 700 metres (line of sight), which equates to around 400 - 600 metres in most applications.

Weatherproof:

The Transmitter is fully weatherproof (IP64) and therefore can be used Outdoors & Indoors.

Light Indicator:

There is a small LED indicator which confirms operation.

Input Relays:
