Battery Powered, Wireless Roller Shutter Door Contacts work in conjunction with the full range of Wireless GSM Alarm Systems, and are designed to help secure steel roller shutter doors & windows (but they can also be used on unusual door or windows applications).

The magnetic switch is normally fitted onto the door frame with the magnet being fitted onto the door, the switch is connected to the battery powered transmitter by 300 mm of cable sleeved in a steel protected cover, should the cable be cut the alarm would be triggered. 

Powered by a 12v MN21 Battery, they can be installed very easily, in many locations.

Installation Method:

  1. Fit the magnetic switch onto a door frame.
  2. Fit the magnet onto the door (both the magnet and switch need to be nearly touching when the door is closed).
  3. Mount the battery powered transmitter onto a suitable surface using either double sided tape (supplied) or screws (not supplied).
