Ways to pay
Whether you are a home, a business or a public body, choose the method that suits you at the last step of checkout.
Card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, credit or debit, with no extra charge. You enter your card details on the secure page of our payment provider; your bank then confirms the payment, often in its app, and we only receive the answer: accepted or declined.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account: you log in to PayPal, approve the payment and come back to us. Your bank or card details stay with PayPal.
Invoice and VAT
Your invoice is issued by Ultra Secure France, the company you buy from, with French VAT at 20% included in our prices. Buying for a business? With a valid EU VAT number, we can remove the VAT from your order: enter it at checkout.

Is it safe to pay by card on your website?
Yes. Our website is encrypted from end to end (HTTPS), and card payments are handled by our payment provider and your bank, who validate the payment together. Your card details never reach our servers.
Why does my bank ask me to confirm the payment?
Most banks now require strong customer authentication for online payments: you confirm the payment in your banking app or with a code. It is an extra layer of protection for you.
When is my payment taken?
Card and PayPal payments are taken when you place your order.
What if I change my mind?
Returns are free within 30 days, and we refund the products and the original standard delivery charge to the payment method you used. How returns work
