Description
Wired 'Door Chamber' Alert that is designed to monitor two doors and alert staff should both doors be left open at the same time, additional doors could be added to the system.
The system includes 2 x Wired Door Contacts with 5 metres of Cable, a Control Panel with built in 80 Decibel Buzzer and 3-pin Power supply.
The design is based on giving staff notification if 2 doors (or 2 sets of doors) are left open at the same time, as soon as they are the built in Buzzer will activate on the Control Panel until one of the Doors is closed, suitable for various applications that cannot have both doors open to the environment, these include:
- Factories.
- Hotels.
- Food Storage Facilities.
- Medical Facilities.
- Customs.
- Warehouses.
Installation:
- Fit the Magnetic Contacts & Magnets to the Doors & Door Frames (positioned so that when the door are closed both parts are nearly touching).
- If it is a double set of Doors then you will need to have a door contact on both doors if both can be opened at any time (contact us for advice).
- Connect the cable from the Magnetic Contacts to the Control Panel using the 5 metre of cable supplied (please contact us to arrange for additional lengths of cable).
- Mount the Control & Buzzer Box.
- Connect the Plug in Power supply into a 3-pin wall socket.
- Tidy up the Cables.
