Brexit & Delivery:

All online orders are being sent out using the 'Duties & Taxes' prepaid method, which has proved by far the most efficient & favoured method for our customers in Ireland.

This includes Ultra Secure collecting the 23% Irish VAT, and all Fees & Duties which is then passed onto the relevant authorities in Ireland.
VAT Registered Customers in Ireland will be able to claim the VAT back through their normal accountancy processes. 

The Courier will not be asking for additional fees upon Delivery.

Business Customers will be required to supply us their EORI and VAT Number through the checkout page or by email after the purchase, parcels cannot be despatched to a Business in Ireland without these number (this is not relevant for private buyers). 

Ultra Secure are charging 30€ per order to cover for carriage, fees and all duties.

For business customers wanting to pay the VAT & Duties upon delivery (not duties & taxes' prepaid), please order by Email or Telephone.

Most Orders Despatched within 1 – 2 working Days (stock located within our central UK or French warehouses).
Special Projects normally Despatched within 5 – 10 working Days.

Please Note:

If Deliveries are delayed with the Couriers due to circumstances beyond their control such as severe weather conditions or traffic accidents, we are afraid we cannot be held responsible, although we would always work with our customers and couriers to provide the best possible solutions.
