WMT-3000E Wireless PIR

Ultra Secure purchased as many accessories as we could from Dakota when we were informed production was to stop, but unfortunately most have now been sold, please contact us with your requirement just in case we have any relevant spares to help you !!

You can add as many additional WMT-3000E Outdoor Wireless PIR's (passive infrared detectors) to your Dakota 3000E system as you need to for your application, there are no limits.

The PIR is powered by a standard 9v PP3 Battery which will normally last between 8 - 14 months (depending on the usage), it has a narrow cone shaped diameter beam (approximately 1 metre) which will allow you to mount the PIR at a height to avoid detecting small animals such as fox, cat & rabits. The detection length of the beam is adjusable up to 20 metres (sometimes more in good conditions).

The PIR is fully waterproof but you can add a protective wooden bird box which helps protect it in extreme conditions, this also helps hide the PIR away.

Please Note: The Dakota 3000 has been superseded by the Dakota 2500 Driveway Alarms (the 2500 is not compatible with the 3000). We recommend that any 3000 parts purchased should be to add to an existing system, the stock of parts is now very limited with no further ones available from the manufacturer.
