Q: Is your payment page secure?
A: Yes, we use a fully secure payment provider which enables us to accept credit card or paypal payments via the internet, or over the telephone.

Q: Are our details safe and secure?
A: Yes, no secure payment details are kept, if the order is placed via the telephone then payment details are always shredded.

Q: What are Delivery Costs?
A: Most products include Free Delivery throughout Ireland (look for the free delivery logo), if they do not have the Free Delivery Logo then full costs can been seen in the Free Delivery Tab on the Web Site.

Q: If the product doesn't work in my environment, or I simple do not like the product, can I return it?
A: Yes you have 30 days from the date of purchase to test the product you have purchased, if you do not like it you can return the item for a refund or exchange using the Free Returns service using the Irish Post Office (provided the goods are returned in perfect condition with the packaging and manuals).

Q: How does the Free Returns Service work?
A: Ultra Secure have signed up to the Returns Service introduced by the Irish Post Office (returnpal), full details can be seen in the Free Returns tab on this web site.

Q: How are goods despatched?
A: Goods are delivered via local Mail or Courier (depending on the size of the package).

Q: I am struggling to decide which products to select, do you have technical sales advice available to give advice?
A: Yes, we have fully trained technicians who can give you good honest advice by telephone & email.

Q: If I need advice, what would you need to know from me?
A: Depending on which type of product you are needing, would depend on what questions we would need to ask, the best advice would be to contact us by email with a brief description, our technical sales team would then reply asking your relevant questions which will hopefully lead to us being able to give you a recommendation.   

Q: If we purchase a system from you, do you have technical staff available to give us advice?
A: Yes, we have a technical department who can give you advice by email or telephone Monday - Friday.

Q: Do your goods come with warranty?
A: Yes, all of our goods come with a full one years return to base warranty.

Q: Do you test the products before selling them?
A: Yes, all products we sell are tested before we decide to place them in our product range.

Q: If I have a problem with a product during the warranty period, what do I do?
A: If you do have a problem with a product during the warranty period, please contact our service department who will give you advice on how to overcome the problem, or how we can get it replaced (full terms and conditions clearly shown in this web site). 

Q: How long has Ultra Secure been trading?
A: Since April 2003, so you are in good hands. 

Q: Can we trust you to give us good advice?
A: Yes, definately, we really do pride ourselves in giving good honest, no obligation advice.

Q: Where are the goods stocked? 
A: All goods are stocked in our warehouses in the UK, delivery is from the UK (often free) and easy returns processes are im place.

Q: Am I paying VAT? 
A: Because the goods are being shipped from the UK, you will be paying UK VAT (which is less than Ireland), if you are VAT registered in Ireland you can input your VAT Number in the shopping Cart which will remove the UK VAT (subject to the VAT Number being approved. 

Q: Do I have to buy online, or can I arrnage an invoice?
A: Yes we are happy to arrange invoices for you, and payment via bank transfers.
